Frenchtown Tie & Dye
Scotty and I fell in love at a Grateful Dead show in 1994, got married in 1999, and went on to have three great kids. We relocated a few miles down the river from Phillipsburg to Frenchtown in 2021 and we absolutely love it here. When we found the shop for sale along the area's beloved walking trail, we knew we wanted to fix it up into something great for our neighbors. We hope that the art studio will provide memorable experiences for all. The place is a bit of a money pit so please be patient while we prepare to open. We look forward to seeing you all at the shop, hopefully before the end of 2025, if not much sooner. If you spot us in town, say hi!

If you are a local tie dye artist, please do not hold out on me. I would love to feature the designs of at least one technically skilled artist. I, myself, am more of an expert amateur and I enjoy the more abstract, less tedious, methods of the medium. I am in awe of those with the talent to create epic level masterpieces and want to make sure my audience gets to experience that level of handmade tie dyed art!
